Getting Started

Do you offer a free meet-and-greet?
Yes! We always require a complimentary meet-and-greet before service begins. We want to ensure we are the perfect match for you and your pets.
How do I book a service?
You can book directly through our Contact page or by calling us. Once you're a client, we have a simple portal for requests.
How far in advance should I book?
For standard walks, 2-3 days is usually sufficient. For holidays and overnight sitting, we recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance as spots fill up quickly.
Are you insured and bonded?
Absolutely. We are fully professional, insured, and bonded for your peace of mind.
What areas do you serve?
We are based in Oak Cliff (75216) and serve a ~25 mile radius including Bishop Arts, Downtown, Uptown, Highland Park, and surrounding suburbs.

Pet Care & Safety

Can you administer medication?
Yes, we are experienced with oral, topical, and even injectable medications (like insulin).
Do you walk dogs in bad weather?
We walk in rain or shine! In extreme heat (above 95°F) or severe storms, we limit walks to quick potty breaks and spend the rest of the time playing indoors for safety.
Will I get updates?
Yes! You will receive a text or email update after every visit, complete with photos and notes on how your pet is doing.
Do you handle aggressive pets?
Safety is our priority. We cannot service pets with a history of aggression towards humans. We are happy to discuss pets with mild anxiety or reactivity during the meet-and-greet.
What if my pet has a medical emergency?
We will immediately contact you and your designated vet. If they are unavailable, we will transport your pet to the nearest emergency clinic (we have protocols on file).
Do you care for puppies?
We love puppies! We can help with potty training schedules, feeding, and socialization.
Can you care for cats too?
Of course! We offer drop-in visits for cats which include feeding, litter scooping, and playtime (or just company if they are shy).

Logistics & Policies

How do you handle house keys?
We recommend a lockbox (we can provide one) or a keypad code. This ensures keys are always safe at your property.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for 24 hours notice for standard walks. Overnight sitting requires 7 days notice for a full refund.
Do you surcharge for holidays?
There is a small surcharge for major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, July 4th) which goes 100% to the sitter.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit cards, Zelle, and Venmo. Payment is due at the start of service for vacation sitting, and weekly for daily walkers.
Do you have a backup plan?
Yes, we work as a team. If your primary sitter is ill or has an emergency, another trusted team member will step in seamlessly.
Do you offer overnight sitting in my home?
Yes, this is one of our most popular services. It minimizes stress for your pets by keeping them in their own comfortable environment.
Will you bring in my mail?
Yes, for vacation clients we are happy to bring in mail/newspapers, water plants, and rotate lights to make the house look lived in.

Yes, we operate 365 days a year, including all major holidays like Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Year's. Holiday spots book up fast, so please schedule early!
